1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using HomeFix Pro's services, you agree to be bound
by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these
terms, you may not access our services.
2. Services
HomeFix Pro provides home repair, cleaning, and seasonal maintenance
services including but not limited to:
- Handyman and repair services
- Plumbing and electrical work
- Professional cleaning services
- Snow removal and winter maintenance
All services are subject to availability and may vary by location.
3. Booking and Scheduling
Service Requests

Service requests can be made via phone, email, or our website
contact form
- All bookings are subject to confirmation by HomeFix Pro

We will provide an estimated arrival time, which may be subject to
change
- Emergency services are available at additional rates
Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled
service

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a $50
cancellation fee
- No-shows will be charged the full service fee

We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or
other unforeseen circumstances
4. Pricing and Payment
Rates
- All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
- Rates are subject to change without notice
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified

Additional charges may apply for materials, travel, or after-hours
service
Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise
arranged
- We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and e-transfer
- For large projects, a deposit may be required
- Late payments may incur interest charges of 2% per month
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:

Provide accurate information about the property and required
services
- Ensure safe access to the work area
- Secure pets during service visits
- Notify us of any hazardous conditions

Be present or arrange for someone to be present during service

Provide necessary utilities (water, electricity) for service
completion
6. Warranties and Guarantees
Service Guarantee

We guarantee our workmanship for 30 days from service completion

If you're not satisfied, we'll return to fix the issue at no
additional charge

Guarantee does not cover damage caused by customer misuse or
normal wear and tear
Limitations

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or hidden
defects
- Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and materials
- Some services may have specific warranty terms
7. Liability and Insurance
- HomeFix Pro carries $2 million in liability insurance

We are not liable for damage to property caused by pre-existing
conditions

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided

Customers are responsible for securing valuables before service

We are not responsible for items not directly related to the
service provided
8. Snow Removal Services
Seasonal Contracts
- Seasonal contracts run from November 1 to March 31
- Service is triggered when snowfall reaches 5cm (2 inches)

We aim to complete service within 6 hours of snowfall ending
- Extreme weather conditions may delay service
Customer Obligations
- Keep driveways and walkways clear of vehicles and obstacles

Mark any hidden obstacles (decorations, lawn features, etc.)
- Notify us of any changes to property access
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and
images, is the property of HomeFix Pro and protected by copyright
laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works
without our written permission.
10. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our
Privacy Policy. Please review it
to understand how we collect and use your information.
11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith
negotiation

If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding
arbitration in Ontario, Canada
- These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will
be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued
use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate our relationship
with any customer for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these terms
- Abusive or threatening behavior toward staff
- Non-payment
- Unsafe working conditions
